Things you've always wondered but were too afraid to ask...

This week is going to get crazy here in a couple days so I thought I'd post this right now in case I run out of time this week. If this looks familiar Stacey, it's because I totally grabbed it off your blog! Mine and Jacob's anniversary is on Thursday April 9th.


How long have you been married? 4 years

How long did you date? before we got engaged? 6 months. Up to our wedding date? 8 months

How old is he? 26

Who eats more? Right now I do! Usually he does though.

Who said, “I love you,” first? It was probably me. I was a lot more confident right away in our relationship and knew I was going to marry him. He took a little longer to realize this.

Who is taller? Him by 10 inches

Who sings better? Without music to sing to I am better at singing in the right key (I'm not saying I sound good though). Jacob has a beautiful voice when he has something to sing to.

Who is smarter? I think we are equal. If he doesn't know something then I usually do and vice verse.

Who’s temper is worse? Definitely mine!

Who does the laundry? We both do.

Who does the dishes? We both do.

Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? I do... it's closer to the door for when Emma wakes up. (how convenient!)

Who pays the bills? I do, although sometimes one slips by me!

Who mows the lawn? It depends on how fast the lawn is growing. He usually will on the weekends but there are a lot of times especially during the summer where we have to mow twice a week and then I take one of the shifts.

Who cooks dinner? I do. When Jacob is in charge we usually get pizza or go out to eat. I've tried to make him cook dinner so we can just go out but Jacob doesn't like to spend money on eating out more than once a month. Who drives when you are together? More often than not, Jacob does.

Who is more stubborn? We are both very stubborn people. It makes getting things accomplished hard sometimes.

Who is the first to admit when they are wrong? It's almost always him. He's a little more humble than I am.

Whose parents do you see the most? Mine. They come over pretty frequently to help do little remodel projects.

Who has more friends? I'm gonna have to say me. Jacob had like 2 friends growing up. He's a lot more shy than I am and consequently I meet more people and form more friendships then he does. I'm also better at keeping in touch with people then he is.

Who has more siblings? Jacob. I have 2, he has 4.

Who wears the pants in the family? I'd like to think that I'm in charge, but in all reality, it's him. Although I'd like to think that we both have equal say in things. His is the final decision though.

Who knows??? Maybe I'll have time and will do another thing like this a little later this week.
